Abstract :
Sinc2 sampled planar waveguide grating has been presented for signal processing with high resolution and high speed. Simulation has been implemented. The results show a large number of sub-ps time delay steps corresponding to over 1 THz sampling frequency obtainable by the novel sampled grating.
