Abstract :
It is important to design an integrated information resource management platform in supply chain system. In this paper, the practical problems to integrate supply chain information are firstly put forward. Then Design-Chain Operations Reference-model (DCOR model) is introduced, which is a cross-industry tool for design-chain management. Finally, this paper designs the logical model and workflow model of integrated supply chain information resource management platform on the base of DCOR model. Integrated information resources management platform of supply chain can be divided into the following components: information database, information metadata database, information resource directory, knowledge database and relevant information standards. The workflow of integrated supply chain information resource management platform is discussed. The process of designing DCOR-based platform is analyzed, with the guide of DCOR model, the integrated information resources management platform of supply chain can be designed in six steps.
