  • Abstract
The report shows the advantages of using phased antenna systems for long distance satellite communication. It also shows the structure and the working principles of a device for accurate phasing of antennas with high space diversity, which are connected to the receiver by microwave feeder lines. The author suggests the control signal structure and an algorithm of its use for highly accurate measurement of the electric length of very long microwave feeder lines. Also considered are specifications of the phased antenna and its advantages over large single antennas
