Abstract
In this paper, a new method, based on tracking differentiator (TD), of control algorithm for the electronic controlled VE fuel pump is proposed. Using TD at the input port to provide the transition process for target position can effectively decrease the percent overshoot caused by step input of control variable. Using TD at the output port to track the signal of actuator can decrease the effects of disturbance caused by oil pressure in high speed rotation. Matlab simulation and the practical application results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective.
