Abstract :
This paper attempts to apply the spiral OTDR distributed optic fiber sensors to monitor the rock interface sliding in experiments and engineering application. Two groups of optical fiber sensors are employed in this study, spiral solid Rubber bar and the hollow Rubber bar distributed optical fiber sensors. Multi-group test results show that the hollow Rubber bar is more responsive than the solid Rubber bar. Distributed optical fiber sensors compared both spiral distributed optical fiber sensor can increase the linear range, the fiber prone to breaking. In this paper the use of security monitoring in Huang Cao Ping of Shen Xi Gou Power Station deep underground body of safety monitoring of displacement.
