Empirical study of factors affecting private entrepreneurs´ trust in professional managers

This paper makes use of literature research method, interviews, and empirical analysis of the questionnaire to explore the factors influencing the private entrepreneurs´ trust in professional managers. Aiming at improving the relationship between the private entrepreneurs and professional managers, this paper puts forward some feasible recommendations. Its conclusions are of great significance and innovative value to improve the human resources management of the enterprises.
