Abstract :
Analyzing 226 questionnaires from salesmen, this paper investigated relationships between perceived organizational support and career satisfaction. Pearson´s correlation analysis and regression analysis are employed, which demonstrated a high correlation between the POS and salesmen´s career satisfaction. As well perceived caring benefit (one of dimensions of POS) was the strongest predictor of career satisfaction.
