Abstract :
The radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has been drastically developed and improved for decades. Little research has been carried out to further explore the potential relationship between the RFID and Quality of life. The purpose of this research was to discuss users´ opinions on the use of RFID, its effect on their quality of life, and the relationship between perceived use and willingness of use. This study adopted Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN) to propose a feasible and effective analysis method, which is different from the previous method. The results indicate that the FNN method is better than the traditional method. On the other hand, the results showed the accessibility of medical care services has the greatest effects on the perceived effects of RFID on their quality of life, followed by the health promotion, overall living quality, financial burden, and safety. This finding may serve as a reference to future studies.
