Abstract :
Oxidation ditch is the most economical and effective sewage biochemical treatment technology, and the inverted umbrella aerator is the key equipment in the oxidation ditch, which have the effects of oxygenation, mixing and plug-flow. And more, the oxidation ditch flow field is closely related with aerator blade shapes. In this paper, a new aerator with curve blades was presented, and the solid model was made. Based on ANSYS software, a multiple reference frame model was built, and the oxidation ditch flow field finite element analysis under the new surface impeller pushing is carried out, which provide a basis for optimization design of the mixing blades.
