Abstract :
Many studies have found that customer innovation exsits not only in consumer market but also in business market. However, most of extant research focuses on tangible products than intangible services, and little is know about customer innovations in the field of business services. The paper explores the relative importance of customer innovations in different stages in driving various dimentions of performance (project performane, novelty and suitability) in telecommunication construction and engineering service indusies. Then it points out the managerial implications and future research directions.
