  • Abstract
    The performances of variable gain amplifier (VGA) using 3 different composite transistors are studied. The first simple composite transistor requires high power consumption. The second composite transistor uses Vds compensation technique to lower the power consumption level. Their performances are compared with a third low power composite transistor
