Abstract :
The characteristics of the fault line and the non-fault line´s zero sequence transient current and zero sequence voltage´s are analyzed when the small current grounding system is out of order. A fault line selection method based on the wavelet packet decomposition coefficient is proposed in this paper. The simulation results analyzed by MATLAB verify the effectiveness of the method.
