Abstract :
A 1 V matched nonlinear correction (MNC) CMOS bandgap reference is presented in this paper. A 1 V operational amplifier (OPA) with rail-to-rail input signal swing is also applied in the reference circuit. According to the simulation results, the output voltage is 353.12 mv and there is only plusmn0.4 mv variation from the range of -20 degC to 100 degC. The power dissipation of the circuit is 0.16 mW, and the area is 0.1 mm2
