Abstract :
Since the idea of image fusion proposed, many excellent algorithms have been developed, such as image fusion based on IHS, PCA and Wavelet transformation. These algorithms have lots of superiority in different applications, but they have their limitations too. This article, under MATLAB environment, mainly realize the image fusion method based on IHS, PCA, high-pass filtering, wavelet, IHS merge based on wavelet and evaluate the results of different methods in order to find out a method better in most evaluation indexes.
