Abstract :
In this paper, a high-performance voltage comparator for DC-DC converter applications is designed, which is implemented in 0.6 mum BiCMOS technologies. The simulation result based on HSPICE and testing result shows the gain of the circuit is 78.9 dB, the propagation delay time is PLH 42 ns and PHL is 71.1 ns at the normal temperature, while his quiescent current is 28.9 mua at 25 degC, which fully satisfies all the requirements of the system
