Abstract :
Speckle noises often appear in ultrasound and SAR images and demand for speckle reducing in real-time is increasing in many applications. In this paper, we propose a method for speckle noise reducing using Cellular Neural Network Universal Machine. This exploits the advantages of hybrid parallel/serial computing structure of CNN in real-time image processing.
