Abstract

Personnel leasing service (PLS) is merging rapidly due to the demand of human resource management development in an enterprise. First of all, the functions of personnel leasing service are elaborated in this paper. Then, the operational mechanism of personnel leasing company (PLC) is analyzed utilizing the notion of product operation flow, namely "supply-manufacture-sales-service". Finally the customer-oriented service mode of personnel leasing is posited. The aim of this paper is to provide reference for personnel leasing company to offer better services to the enterprise.
