Abstract
The stability problem of uncertain fuzzy systems with arbitrarily time-varying delays is considered. The delay may be non-differentiable or has large enough upper bound of derivative. Following a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, some delay-dependent robust stability criteria are proposed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, two examples are carried out to demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of our theoretical results
