Abstract :
A new method for evaluating microwave modules is proposed. The technique yields visualization of impedance mismatching points and electromagnetic coupling by using a radiowave holography method based on the near-field interference pattern measurement. Some results of the experiment are presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method
