Abstract :
Focal firms-oriented product supply chain innovation and innovative business model has become the core key of the firm as well as the entire value chain. This paper starts from the discontinuous innovation of focal companies, From economic dimension, service dimension, ecology dimension perspective reveals the driving force of supply chain innovation, points out that it experienced history from the counterfeit supply chain, after-sales supply chain, GSC, to ecological supply chain, maps Spectrum of discontinuous supply chain innovation by employing theory of Quantum energy level, clarifies Energy level transition of discontinuous supply chain innovation through absorption of concept of complex adaptive system, reveals the product supply chain innovation and discontinuous evolution from a practical and a theoretical path.
