Abstract

The study summarizes the current situation of research on both Container Leasing and its application in enterprises. For auto-part industry, paper focuses on the analysis on container management process and designing the new business process in the condition of Container leasing platform. The restructure method for forming ´delivery plan for empty container´ is shown in the detail. And the information management system´s architecture and function modules are designed considering the feature of auto-part container business.
