Reverse logistics management of the publishing industry in China

In this paper, we discuss the problem and challenge for the reverse logistics of the publishing industry in China. First we present the background of the publishing industry in China through analyzing the statistics data of the past 8 years. Then we point out existing problems and its underlying reasons existed in the industry. Finally we propose our solutions and suggestions to cope with the existing problems, including optimizing the reverse logistic structure of the publishing industry based on the 3PL, and developing an efficient information system of the reverse logistics of the publishing industry.
