Abstract :
Because of the asymmetry of engineering projects´ information, construction investment and the progress of the actual value deviates with the plan value frequently. In order to overcome the malpractice of traditional information communication medium, introduced Building Information Model (BIM). On the integrated model of construction investment and progress control present situation research foundation, proposed construction investment and the progress control integrated method based on the BIM, has constructed take WBS as the foundation, the Integration model of construction investment and progress control based on BIM.
