Abstract :
Inverse problems in radiowave probing of the ionospheric plasma amount to solving integral equations, the right-hand part of which originates from measurements. Therefore, the solutions to such equations are unstable and require the application of regularization algorithms. As an example, we consider the partial reflection technique
