Abstract :
This system is to design A a telemonitoring system based on B/S mode is designed. It is consistent of the central monitoring server software, the Internet Explorer in the client PC, and a physiological signal collector. The server software can accept two client´s request of data transfer, and real-time monitor several patients through Internet. Additionally, it can be a new solution of network based health care devices.
