Abstract :
The new statistical approach to the analysis of data from incoherent scattering in ionosphere is offered. It consists of accounting for the displacement of values of autocorrelated functions estimation. It is shown that with this approach the error of estimating the temperature of the ionic and electronic ionosphere is reduced considerably
