Abstract :
This paper presents a study about thermal considerations and coefficients, especially convection heat transfer coefficient hc and the emissivity coefficient ε, in the design of magnetic components for power electronics. An improved modelling of the heat transfer is presented with a high accuracy of the convection heat transfer.
