  • Abstract
Weather is an important factor affecting short term electric load. This paper researches the comprehensive real-time weather factors and analyzes cumulative effect of weather factor; improved learning rate and activated function is adopted to speed up the learning rate for BP network; Short term electric load predictive model is established based on weather factor; experimental simulation were carried out on this foundation.
