Abstract
Nonsymmetric inhomogeneous lateral expansion of a parallel-plate waveguide containing dielectric layers, a resistive film, and a grating of metallic strips is studied. A propagation constant is found from two-sided equivalent boundary conditions, and scattering coefficients are obtained from the solution of the diffraction problem with the method of moments
