Abstract :
We study the asymptotic performance of a recently proposed 2nd order statistics (SOS) method for blind identification of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems driven by colored inputs, i.e., with distinct 2nd order spectra. The spectral asymmetry may be achieved with a correlative filter in each source. We establish the asymptotic normality of the MIMO channel estimate and obtain its asymptotic covariance matrix. Optimal design of the correlative pre-filters can be inferred from the presented theoretical analysis
