  • Abstract
    The time from emergency service facility to emergency place in emergency system optimization selected location question is uncertain. In this paper, the above problem is described and solved by using the connection number of the Set Fair Analysis theory. The order relation of connection numbers is defined by the sector number a >; D possibility. The model and the algorithm are proposed based on the connection number in emergency systems. An example illustrates that the algorithm is effective and feasible.
