Abstract :
Using the data from 2000 to 2009 of Chinese listed companies, this paper invstigate the relationship among evolvement of marketization, corporate governance and corporate performance. Study shows, with the improvement of the evolvement of marketization, Chinese listed company level of management for promotion, and through the ascending accelerate promoted the performance of the company to rise. At the same time, in the evolvement of marketization rising in our country, the performance of listed companies in specific factor of production and organization mode is convergent, gradually tendindg to the optimal level, and the higher is the degree of marketization, the faster is the speed of the company performance convergence adjustment.
