  • Abstract
Traditional yeast fermentation process is becoming a big bottleneck recently in Chinese liquor industry, because of the low efficiency and high cost of human labor with little automation. An intelligent automatic yeast fermentation system based on novel designed structure, specialized robot system and wireless multi-sensor data acquisition system, has been introduced in this paper. Standardized parts are used in the mechanical system to achieve low cost and convenient production. An intelligent control system is designed for decision-makers to monitor factory status and command the movement of robot system. Multi-sensor online detection enhances the intelligence of control system. This automatic system is proved to be successful and promising for relieving human labor and increasing productivity.
