Abstract :
Model identification is addressed for nonparametric Wiener systems containing a memory nonlinearity of the switch type. Interestingly, the borders of the switch operator are allowed to be noninvertible. A frequency identification method is developed that determines the linear subsystem frequency response (at a number of frequencies) and the characteristic of the switch memory operator (within a given working interval). All involved estimators are proved to be consistent.
