    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

    At present our country has many local equipments and instruments ,but most of them are unable to connect to profibus dp, based on the characteristics of Profibus and reforming ,to make traditional actuators have functions of filedbus interface, so we adopt the embedded system design methods and with special interface chip VPC3 (VPC3 is similar with SPC3 of SIEMENS) for the protocol conversion core chip, simply introduce a method to the design of communications conversion module which based on ARM and chip VPC3.Through this method increased the intelligent level of actuators with a low cost, in that way industrial field equipment and instruments such as actuators equipment which has RS485 interface can be accessed to PROHBUS DP bus.
