Abstract :
Based on characteristic of the current project management model, the paper introduces a new model, the life cycle management of project integration based on sand table simulation. This model supports integration of life cycle, quality management and external management, and absorbs advantages of sand table simulation. The paper expounds the life cycle management of project integration based on sand table simulation and its model, which should take cooperation as the guiding ideology, take information platform as a physical condition, and take the feasible project organization as a foundation.
