Abstract :
The tobacco industry is of vital importance for the nation´s economy and people´s life safety, so it is necessary to educate the employees in tobacco industry. This paper designs a remote education and training system suitable for employees in tobacco industry based on presently popular SSH(struts+ spring+ hibernate) framework including functions of courseware browsing, video on demand, online test, and so on. The system has a good user interface and is easy to operate. Finally, corresponding experiments for existing network bottleneck problems have been done and then the future work is proposed.
