Abstract :
China Central Television (CCTV) new site construction project had high technological content, advanced and well-functioning system. China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, as one of the construction companies in this project, introduced an advance concept and software of the project management. With the help of information technology means and combined with the characteristics of the project, the company implemented the overall control and management of quality, cost, schedule and other elements of the project. In this project, Program Management of P3EPC module in the project was well used. At the same the other information management systems were applied as well such as reinforced software, budgeting software, financial NC Management Systems, X2steel deepened steel design software, ANSYS, and SAP2000 structural analysis. With whole advanced information technology, the project management had achieved to operate a modern, efficient operation management system.
