Abstract :
Steam temperature control quality of the boiler in thermal electric power is one of the most parameters of equipment security and economy. In allusion to the NO.2 600MW subcritical boiler steam temperature system of Huainan Pingwei electric power Ltd., an on-line identification method was proposed by the real-time working data acquisition and the use of advanced control software platform developed by ourselves. By using Simulink workbox and graphical user interface (GUI), the software platform has simplified programming, high identification precision, good generalization ability and tracking performance. This method will be used for the dynamic characteristic experiments of thermal power plant boiler steam temperature and the cascade compound control system modeling of primary and secondary desuperheater, as well as the parameters tuning of PID controller. Also, a practical application example for the power plant superheating steam temperature was done, and the results have proved that this method has better performance.
