Abstract :
Throughout the 1990s Rover Group has been implementing a major change programme called “success through people”. The strategic goal of this programme has been to create a world class learning organisation, where we continuously develop our skills and capabilities, to ensure that we are always able to delight our customers with world beating products. An associate development process was developed to identify our individual and team development needs, so that when we work together in teams, we have the confidence to express our individual creativity and to maximise our involvement and contribution to business performance improvement
