Abstract :
Online consumer reviews (OCR) serve as marketing communication strategy for retailers and help manufacturers improve their product quality and competitive strength. Independent supplier (such as manufacturer) and customer (such as retailer) manage some capital-intensive knowledge resources response to OCR shared among them. These knowledge resources operate somewhat in isolation to serve their own consumers and provide services for their consumers, but in close coordination with each other to ensure effective use of resources are shared. Typical examples of collaborative decision making integration are these cooperative knowledge creation problems in supply chain. In this paper we analysis how important OCR to be the channel of consumers´ need in supply chain collaboration, then we modeled the collaborative decision-making for knowledge creation with OCR as a Stackelberg leader-follower game and finally we find that, (1) leader with OCR marginal revenue must be greater than follower with OCR marginal revenue to be build and maintain the supply chain collaborative knowledge creation relationship; (2) OCR can improve to get more profit than without it in collaborative.
