    Based on the PC/104 embedded computer the real-time data acquisition system, Made of a high-accuracy two-channels antennas tracking servo system, the principle, constitution, design characteristic and realization of full digital interface design are analyzed, Using Linux system, software is develop easily, so it has great facility and efficiency. Results show that this system meets the engineering need and is of high accuracy. And it can be used in wide field such as communications satellite, ground survey and receive, automatic control, radar and so on.
