  • Abstract
    Described the advantage that Flash as the WebGIS client, researched the method of satisfying the interactive function of network GIS system to develop a WebGIS client using Flash, analyzed the key technology of combining Flash with ArcGIS spatial server and web application server. Finally, applied the Flash-based WebGIS system by public services in Java.
