Abstract :
It is a hot spot to extract buildings´ information based on high-resolution remote sensing image. Development of information extraction of buildings based on single highresolution remote sensing image was summarized and discussed in this paper. From both the points of theory and technique, problems and technology faced by current research were analyzed considering the present research results. Besides, advantages and disadvantages were pointed out. At last, some issues worthy discussing were proposed.
