Abstract :
Model Based Definition technology fundamentally changes the aircraft product development mode and process, it puts forward the challenge of the close coordination on both design and manufacturing department. Through the secondary development of CATIA and Windchill, i - Plane platform realizes the designers of different sites in the same three-dimensional entity model, and completes the integration platform of i - Plane, CAPP and MES with the aid of Web Service, collaborative technology. Through the development of the integration management module of product engineering comment information, it ultimately realizes 3D CAD model as the important reference of engineering design and manufacturing stage.
