Abstract :
This paper investigates the problems of robust passive fault-tolerant control for uncertain singular systems with time-delay. Considering the robust stabilization problem, in this paper, to design a state feedback controller, which ensures robust stability of the closed-loop system for all admissible uncertainties, is the key to the problem. For the robust fault-tolerant control problem, a state feedback fault-tolerant controller is designed such that both the requirement of the robust stability and a prescribed performance level are required to be satisfied. This paper develops a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach to solve these problems, and obtains the delay-dependent conditions for the solvability. Final results show that the desired state feedback controller can be constructed by solving linear matrix inequalities. Finally, this paper use a numerical example to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
