Abstract :
In the past, most of companies didn´t perceive that an unattended website designed to be visited passively and wait for customers´ initiative telephone contact would miss many valuable business opportunities because a large number of visitors who might be potential customers were paid no attention. This paper presents a Live Help service product - My Client, which is available for getting real-time contact with visitors. With My Client, the companies will really enter into the field of online business. My Client provides a completely new way for marketing online, which fills in a gap in e-marketing and adds a new value link. My Client features on initiative and humanized functions - visitors can communicate with human instead of machine.
