Abstract :
According to asymmetric information theory, the thesis analyzes the problems of information asymmetry in management and service of university´s library. The thesis also makes the research of the performance and harm of information asymmetry and brings out the resolution pertinently. The thesis is of great theory and reality significance in promoting university library´s comprehensive development and protecting the rights of readers.
