Abstract :
The traditional urban emergency early warning still relied on manual labor or simple information system. The problems that can´t warn in time and send error warning often happened. It caused serious consequence or serious waste of resources. This paper proposes an intelligent urban emergency early warning system based dynamic rough set theory, and the emergency concept. The paper builds the emergency decision knowledge base and proposes three intelligent calculation regulations based dynamic rough set. Through the dynamic calculation improve decision accuracy, and issue a warning, and give out the realization process of intelligent urban emergency early warning system based cloud computing platform.
