Abstract
A rapid time domain terahertz computed axial tomography (CT-TD-THz) system is described. The system is used to reconstruct three dimensional structure of aerospace components including: Kevlar soft shell fan containment systems, silica thermal protection tiles, and sprayed on foam thermal insulation.
